Amanda Ungaro’s Threats Cast Shadow Over Melania Trump’s Epstein Denial

Melania Trump’s surprise press conference denying any ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has only deepened the intrigue surrounding the First Lady’s relationship with Epstein’s tangled world. Just days after Melania’s firm public denial, an X account belonging to Amanda Ungaro surfaced with a chilling warning: she would expose everything she knows about Melania’s “hidden connections.”

Ungaro claims to be an Epstein survivor and a “longtime acquaintance” of Melania Trump, saying she was close to Melania’s family for two decades. Her post read, “Hello Melania, I was around you for 20 years... I stayed close to your family — your mother and your father — not because of you, but because of them... So shut your mouth when speaking about me. Because I will expose everything I know.”

Though India Today Digital could not independently verify the authenticity of Ungaro’s account, it carries a verified Blue Tick and has been active since December 2025, lending it a veneer of credibility. The timing of Melania’s denial and Ungaro’s threats has fueled speculation inside and outside the White House. CNN correspondent Kristen Holmes reported that White House officials were blindsided by Melania’s remarks, with some questioning whether she was preempting a looming story.

Amanda Ungaro’s background deepens the mystery. Once a model groomed by Paolo Zampolli, a Trump ally who played a pivotal role in bringing Melania to the US, Ungaro has direct ties to Epstein’s orbit. She recounted flying on Epstein’s private jet at age 17 alongside modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, describing a flight filled with “about 30 girls, beautiful and very young,” where she felt immediate discomfort. Ungaro has positioned herself as a victim of Epstein’s modeling ecosystem, though she has not accused Epstein of assaulting her personally.

Ungaro also claimed social proximity to Melania and Donald Trump, recalling New Year’s parties at Mar-a-Lago where she and Zampolli were among the few at the table with the Trumps. Her history is complicated by legal troubles: in 2025, she was arrested in Miami for allegedly running an unlicensed cosmetic surgery clinic, then held in ICE detention for over three months before requesting deportation to Brazil.

The convergence of Ungaro’s past, her threats, and Melania’s rare public statement suggests a story far from over. This episode underscores the persistent shadows Epstein’s network casts over powerful figures and raises urgent questions about what truths remain hidden behind official denials. As the Epstein files continue to unravel, the public deserves transparency—not silence—from those who may have been entangled in this dark web.
