AUGUSTA, Maine (WGME) -- Three men accused of breaking into ATMs in Augusta are now in ICE custody.

On Tuesday, police say they responded to burglary alarms at Trademark Federal Credit Union and Connected Credit Union.

When police showed up, they say the Toyota they were in sped off, but officers caught up with the suspects shortly after midnight on Wednesday.

The suspects, identified as Yorman Uzcategui, Rafael Mari-Pina, and Yorman Parra, were arrested and charged with burglary and criminal mischief.

The men were taken to the Kennebec County Jail and each held on $20,000 cash, but police say ICE later picked them up.
