Bayer reported spending $9.19 million on lobbying in 2025, employing 45 registered lobbyists across 13 external firms and in-house staff. These firms and lobbyists include individuals with strong connections to the Trump administration, and Bayer's lobbying activities encompass various sectors, including government affairs, agriculture, and environmental policy. A detailed list highlights the firm's ties to political figures and prior government experience of their representatives.
Federal disclosures show Bayer reported spending $9.19 million on lobbying Congress and the executive branch in 2025, which includes fees paid to at least 13 outside lobbying firms. As of the fourth quarter of 2025, *45 lobbyists *were registered to lobby for Bayer under the Lobbying Disclosure Act.
