DOJ Claims Biden Administration Fostered ‘Systematic Culture’ of Anti-Christian Bias in Federal Agencies

The Department of Justice has dropped a bombshell report accusing the Biden administration of fostering a "systematic culture" of anti-Christian bias across multiple federal agencies. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche revealed on Fox News that the 565-page investigation uncovered more than isolated incidents — it found a pervasive pattern of discrimination against Christians embedded in the federal bureaucracy.

Blanche told Kayleigh McEnany on "Saturday in America" that the bias went far beyond rogue agents or isolated offices. Instead, the DOJ found a coordinated culture that targeted Christians based on their religious beliefs. The report details examples including the FBI monitoring Catholic priests and the IRS denying tax-exempt status to a Christian group because of its religious teachings.

According to the DOJ task force, the Biden administration actively pushed policies to strip statutory protections from religious Americans when those protections conflicted with its policy goals. Though President Biden did not change federal law, the report claims his administration used regulatory and policy tools to achieve the same effect.

The report also alleges the administration labeled parental concerns at school boards as "threats" and dismissed federal workers’ religious objections to vaccine mandates as insincere or illegitimate. The Civil Rights Division is accused of sidelining Christians in favor of other groups, even publishing materials suggesting Christians could not be victims of religious discrimination.

Blanche called the findings "extraordinarily disappointing" but emphasized that the current DOJ leadership under Trump is working to dismantle this bias. "President Trump said on day one that this was going to change, and I’m happy to report that it has changed," he said.

This investigation stems from Trump’s 2023 executive order aimed at eradicating anti-Christian bias within the federal government. The order declared it a national policy to protect religious freedoms and end the weaponization of government against Christians.

The report also touched on former Attorney General Merrick Garland’s focus on reproductive healthcare and the political firestorm it ignited among Republicans, who accused the DOJ of disadvantaging Christians. Garland, visibly emotional during a 2023 House hearing, vehemently denied any religious discrimination.

While Fox News obtained and reported on the DOJ findings, the Biden administration has yet to publicly respond to these allegations.

This explosive report adds another layer to the ongoing culture wars playing out within federal agencies, raising urgent questions about religious liberty, government overreach, and the politicization of justice under the Biden administration. We will continue to track how these claims unfold and what they mean for Americans of faith.
