Fire breaks out near US consulate in Dubai after drone strike

Bystander video verified by the BBC shows an explosion followed by flames and smoke billowing from a building next to the US consulate in Dubai.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed a drone struck a parking lot adjacent to the consulate building. "All personnel are accounted for. As you're aware, we began drawing down personnel from our diplomatic facilities in advance of this," Rubio said.
