A former French model, identified only as Juliette G, has come forward to detail the manipulative stages that led her to a New York bedroom with Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced financier convicted of sex crimes involving minors. Juliette’s account, reported by AFP and published by News24, casts a harsh light on the grooming tactics employed by Epstein’s associates and their enablers within the modeling industry.

Juliette was just 21 when Daniel Siad, a French modeling scout with close ties to Epstein, approached her on a Paris street in 2004. Siad’s initial “targeting” involved gauging her willingness to accept vague “professional opportunities” in the United States without asking questions. Trusting her agency’s assurance that Siad was legitimate, she accepted a plane ticket to New York with no further details.

Upon arrival, Juliette encountered the second stage of grooming: “hostage taking.” Epstein confiscated her passport, effectively trapping her. Though Epstein claimed he had no time to meet her, he handed her $120 and access to his limousine, creating a sense of indebtedness despite her never requesting money. The following day, instead of a professional interview, Epstein subjected her to a disturbing environment filled with intimate photos and led her to a bedroom where he groped her under the guise of assessing her suitability for modeling agencies.

Epstein’s rejection of Juliette’s body as “not up to standard” and his suggestion she work as a party escort illustrate the predatory nature of his operation. Juliette’s insistence on reclaiming her passport enabled her escape.
