Judge challenges ICE account of Glenn Valley worker threatening agent with box cutter
A U.S. District Court judge sentenced a Glenn Valley Foods meatpacking plant employee, who was convicted of wielding a box cutter during an immigration raid, to 14 months in jail.
A federal judge sentenced a 37-year-old Glenn Valley Foods meatpacking plant employee to 14 months in prison on Friday after a jury previously convicted the employee of wielding a box cutter while attempting to resist arrest by federal immigration authorities during the high-profile raid in Omaha last summer.
