Justice Department Weaponizes Power to Relitigate 2020 Election and Target Trump’s Enemies

The Justice Department is aggressively advancing Donald Trump’s political and legal priorities, turning the wheels of the federal government into instruments of retribution and election denial.

At the heart of this campaign is the ongoing investigation into Georgia’s 2020 election results. Despite no credible evidence of fraud, the FBI seized over 600 boxes of election records from Fulton County earlier this year. When county officials sued to reclaim these records, a judge sided with the DOJ, allowing the FBI to maintain possession and continue its probe. This judicial green light is a major win for Trump’s efforts to relitigate the 2020 election and sow doubt about its legitimacy.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth attempted to punish Democratic Senator Mark Kelly, a retired Navy captain, for publicly encouraging service members to refuse illegal orders. The SPLC denies these charges and accuses the DOJ of distorting facts, especially after acting Attorney General Todd Blanche publicly questioned the group’s cooperation with law enforcement. The SPLC is now demanding the unsealing of grand jury proceedings to expose possible government misconduct.
