Time to make some noise

It appears that the murder of two protesters in Minneapolis has brought folks who may usually be complacent or hesitant to a tipping point. Many feel the need to do something. But what?? I’ve been trying to think of some act of “Good Trouble” that’s simple, inexpensive and requires no travel, but can send a strong message of solidarity with those fighting, and dying for rights and justice in Minneapolis and other cities under siege by the regime’s masked ICE agents. What if millions of us simply bought a whistle and every day at noon, stepped out of our homes, cars, workplaces, schools and lunch venues and blew them. (Maybe 13 times for the 13 shots fired into the bodies of Renée Good and Alex Pretti).

I’m going to do it and hope it starts a movement that loudly says “ENOUGH”. Pass it along and I’ll be listening and I hope to see a headline saying, “WHISTLE SALES EXPLODE!”.
