Police respond to reports of 'active shooter' at Temple Israel

Police are responding to reports of an "active shooter" at Temple Israel, a synagogue in West Bloomfield, Michigan.

The county sheriff's office has said they are clearing the building, and nearby schools have been placed on lock-down.

FBI director Kash Patel says there was an "apparent vehicle ramming" - dozens of emergency vehicles are at the scene and aerial video shows smoke rising from the synagogue.
