RFK Jr. posts 'Super Smash Bros' video with real food, touts flipping food pyramid
WASHINGTON (TNND) — Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. posted a video on Monday that was a parody of the video game “Super Smash Bros” where the characters were real food.
“Real food wins!” the post was captured on X.
The video opens with the option to select different characters for battle. The options are Secretary Kennedy, protein, fruits, vegetables and whole milk.
When the game eventually starts, the battle takes place between Kennedy and a doughnut.
In the video game, Kennedy defeats the doughnut by flipping the food pyramid upside down, and smashing it onto the doughnut.
“Secretary Kennedy flips the pyramid” the video says after the victory.
Last month, Kennedy posted a video of him and musician Kid Rock working out and drinking milk in a hot tub.
“I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD,” he wrote on X.
Before Kennedy became the director of Health and Human Services, he ran for president with his main focus being on health.
He has been skeptical of vaccines and has been outspoken about toxins in American food.
Recently, he said during an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience that cell phone-free schools will help make America healthy again.
