Hate in the political sphere is rampant!
Donald J. Trump’s candidacy was quickly labeled as unfriendly to the D.C. establishment. He was pragmatic, asking whether current states of military, energy, racial and gender matters, education, government operations and security were optimal for a freedom-based society. He expressed commitments to act boldly.
The left’s commitment to their standard practices was immediate, highlighted by accusations of racism, sexism, fascism and being a Putin collaborator. To bolster their intentions, the party called for impeachments and filed countless criminal charges, aiming for ruination of his character and presidency.
What is it about DJT that triggers the left’s emotions? Certain personality traits are his worst enemy. His lack of humility with egotistical messages on “his successes” is tedious. Why “Gulf of America?”
Personality traits do play a big role in like/hate emotions, but are civility and good manners key attributes for an American president in this world ruled by the evil tyrants in Iran, China and beyond?
What are important attributes in a forward-thinking American president? Individuals would rationally argue that (A) Open borders are in opposition to the country’s culture and viability; (B) Dictators within our hemisphere should not be free to buttress drug trafficking while cozying up to other tyrannical leaders worldwide; (C) Trump projects, e.g., the Abraham Accords/Board of Peace, have the potential to create significant movement toward Middle East peace; and (D) We should establish iron-clad voting provisions to avoid potential fraud (why do Democratic senators oppose this?)
This country is best served by a president willing to take bold and innovative actions, and the left should consider whether their hate-fest is worth the risk of destroying a president who is the right person at the right time.
