Clayton County decision, which expanded protections against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, claiming that the Biden DOJ pushed an “incorrect” reading that courts repeatedly rejected.

In contrast, the report lauds the Trump Justice Department for reversing many Biden policies, including rescinding the Garland School Board Memo that targeted parents, restoring religious liberty protections for federal employees, and protecting houses of worship under the FACE Act and RLUIPA statutes.
