PLOVER, Wis. -- Vice President JD Vance will visit Wisconsin on Thursday, the White House announced.

Vance is set to speak at a machining facility in Plover, where he will tout President Donald Trump's work after Tuesday's State of the Union address.

This will mark Vance's first visit to Wisconsin this year. He last traveled to the state in August 2025, when he spoke about the One Big Beautiful Bill in La Crosse.

Vance made multiple trips to Wisconsin during the 2024 campaign, speaking in Wausau, Racine and Milwaukee. On one occasion, he held a rally Eau Claire on the same day as then-Vice President Kamala Harris.
