Stephen Miller Had A Wild 8-Hour Crash Out On X, And Only Stopped After Brutal Clapback

White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller had a very public meltdown on X that lasted even longer than President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address.

It all started when Miller posted a complaint about how Democrats at the president’s speech on Tuesday refused to stand and applaud disturbing descriptions of violence that he often linked to immigrants.

Throughout his address, Trump recounted numerous violent crimes in bloody detail in order to justify his push for stricter criminal penalties and tougher immigration enforcement.

Trump rattled off so many gruesome anecdotes that Rolling Stone was able to compile a montage of them. MS NOW host Rachel Maddow summed up Trump’s speech by saying it was “essentially sort of violence porn.”

To Miller, however, it was Democrats’ refusal to submit to Trump’s fearmongering about immigrants and crime that he found upsetting.

“Democrats declared to the world their searing disdain for, and profound disloyalty to, the actual citizens of the United States. They were repeatedly entreated to stand. Over and over. They refused,” Miller wrote. “It was a moment that chills to the bone and which will live for a thousand years.”

Considering that Miller’s tweet read like it was written by a vampire who developed his language skills during the 19th century, people couldn’t help but chuckle a bit — including former Obama speechwriter and “Pod Save America” host Jon Favreau.

So, Favreau retweeted Miller’s post and poked fun at MAGA and the White House staffer’s outrage.

“It’s genuinely so funny how hard they’re trying to make this a thing,” Favreau wrote around midnight Eastern on Tuesday.

Around 1 p.m. Wednesday, Miller responded to Favreau.

“Democrats leapt, clapped, hollered and cheered for raising taxes but their legs, hands and voices froze in icy contempt as they glowered at the parents of slain children,” Miller wrote. “Democrats vowed allegiance to invaders over citizens, and this top Dem finds their deadly betrayal hilarious.”

“No, I find you hilarious,” Favreau responded on X about an hour later. “And I genuinely hope the boss lets you drive the midterm strategy and brings more of your Victorian asylum patient energy into his speeches.”

At nearly 7 p.m. Wednesday night, Miller responded by calling Favreau a “textbook sociopath.”

“He has been given multiple opportunities to show empathy for American moms whose children were raped and murdered by the illegals whose entry he cheered,” Miller wrote. “He refuses. He finds the topic ‘hilarious.’ Jon, one more time: do you grieve for these families?”

“I mean I certainly have sympathy for yours,” Favreau shot back about 20 minutes later.

In response, Miller rigidly stuck to his narrative, and called Favreau “a top Democrat strategist” who “feels no sympathy for the American families whose loved ones were raped, tortured and murdered by foreign invaders.”

“He finds comedy in their agony,” Miller wrote. “Sick doesn’t even begin to describe it. His soul is broken.”

By nearly 8 p.m. Wednesday, Favreau seemed exhausted by Miller’s “dumb Twitter games.”

“You’re a government official with the power to free countless American families and children who are suffering in the squalid detention centers where you’ve illegally jailed them,” Favreau wrote. “Why don’t you?”

Miller’s tank, however, was still full of crash-out fuel.

“Jon, this is not a game,” Miller wrote around 8:30 p.m., before pulling out the classic MAGA move of blaming former President Joe Biden for all the “monsters” that have allegedly “raped and murdered women and children.”

“I’ve asked you multiple times to show some shred of human emotion and you’ve refused,” Miller wrote.

At this point, Favreau was apparently so fried by Miller’s rhetoric that he decided to just call him out.

“I already told you that I grieve for anyone who’s lost a loved one, and asked why the President hasn’t called the families of Alex Pretti or Renee Good to offer condolences,” Favreau said. “I’ll ask again: do you not grieve for the American citizens your agents killed?”

This time, Miller did not respond — and the spat ended at nearly 9 p.m. on Wednesday, with Favreau having the last word.

The federal agents who killed Minneapolis residents Good and Pretti in January were placed on administrative leave, and Trump has made some pretty weird remarks about both Americans’ slayings.

He told Fox News’ Will Cain that he thought both their deaths were “terrible” — and that Good’s death made him feel “even worse” because her parents are “Trump fans.”
